I have received advanced training in Lifespan Integration, and I am an Attachment-Based, Experiential therapist. This last bit means I focus on the attachment (relational) needs and injuries of my clients, and I hone in on their emotions and current experience of themselves and of their relationships. I utilize several therapeutic modalities depending on the client’s needs, such as: Attachment Theory, Experiential, Lifespan Integration, Cloud-Townsend Growth Model, Yerkovich’s Attachment Core Pattern Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
